Assessing mastery learning nursing students’ preferences for e-book and print books: A case study
Abstract
This case study aims to discover nursing student preferences for print books or e-books in an accelerated undergraduate nursing block mastery-learning program. We share descriptive survey statistics and qualitative data collected from focus group responses in this paper. Â A new finding not seen in the literature is nursing student preference for e-books when participating in assessment challenges. This e-book preference may be relevant for institutions providing instruction in block mastery learning programs.Â
